The rooms are good and the bathroom is excellent. the staff is really helpful and very very helpful at all the levels. the setting is exceptionally nice and handy, right by two subway stations, shopping mall, and Paulista avenue. They serve a huge variety of meals, the food I tried was good!.

clean and well-functioning room with a nice warm shower. Equidistant from metro stations and easy to get cheap Ubers. Close to lots of bars and restaurants in the city center. Staff - especially Livia and Hugo - were super helpful.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention near Paulista Avenue, and it was a convenient location for that purpose. The hotel provided a grocery/convenience store, a 24-hour business center, and a restaurant, which were all helpful amenities during my stay.

The only service I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. Having access to such spaces would have been beneficial for my business needs.

Absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff here! Each room comes with a cool flat-screen TV with lots of channels, along with climate control to keep you comfy. Having a writing table is a nice touch, too. And the location? It's spot on! 🌟
